Hematite is thought to be a good healing and grounding stone, strengthening the body and improving resistantance to life stresses. It is also thought to inspire inner life and help to keep inward peace. It looks pretty cool too...

Each bracelet is elasticated and stretches to fit most sizes, however we like an exact fit, so we make them up to suit 3 wrist sizes. They are designed to be worn tight on the wrist. They do give a little though. Small 17.5cm, Medium 18.5cm , Large 19.5cm inner circumference before stretch.

Each hematite bead is 0.8 cm long and 0.4 cm wide.
