Delivery and Postage We charge £2.00 per order for packing and postage to UK. All orders over £25.00 come with free delivery to UK. We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. Should you order over a bank holiday period, please allow extra time for delivery. International Ordering Please email with details of location and required order for postage quote. Tracking Your Order Email us and tell us the date the order was placed, your name, and phone number, and we will get back to you. Returns At lisaangel.co.uk we make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. We describe the products as accurately as possible and all orders are packed very securely for shipping, ensuring that you will be happy with your goods, when they arrive. In addition to this, all of our products come with a no quibble guarantee - so if you are not happy with them, you will be refunded. The guarantee is subject to the following terms: 1) The goods were purchased from lisaangel.co.uk. 2) The goods are returned to lisaangel studios in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered, tampered with or worn. 3) lisaangel.co.uk receives email notification (within 7 days of the arrival of your order) of your intention to return the goods. Lost and Damaged Orders If your order goes missing or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please do not dispose of the damaged goods as they will be required. If you have any questions about your guarantee then please email us. Postage Refunds If the product you receive is not as stated on the lisaangel.co.uk web site, we will refund the total cost, including return postage costs. If you change your mind, you will receive a refund, but we will not refund the return postage. If your order is damaged or lost in the post please email us immediately. Here are the steps to take to get your refund: 1. Within 7 days of receiving your product please contact lisaangel.co.uk by email and inform us of your intention to return the goods. You will receive a confirmation email from us. 2. Wrap the goods in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. 3. Once you have received a confirmation email from lisaangel.co.uk please take your goods to the post office and return it to us by the postage method specified in the email and to the address stated below. Get a free proof of postage certificate from the post office when you send the parcel - otherwise we will not be able to refund you if your return goes missing in transit. 4. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund you, subject to the following conditions: - The product was purchased at lisaangel.co.uk - The product is returned to lisaangel.co.uk in the same condition that it was originally dispatched and has not been damaged, tampered with or worn.
