A by-product of food waste, these shells have been rescued from their journey to land-fill and have been crushed, washed and dried in a local workshop, ready for your cacti, succulents and plants.

Perfect for mixing into compost to increase drainage, or scattering over the base of a plant, these shells are full of nutrients and can help with soil structure and allow plants to space out and root firmly.

This topping is high in calcium, so be sure to only mix with high alkaline soils.
