Ordered a personalised item. Was contacted shortly afterwards explaining one of the machines was broken so I would have to wait longer than usual or I could have one sent out unpersonalised straight away. As it was a gift I opted to wait longer but asked whether it could be sent straight to the recipient rather than myself to make up for lost time. This was agreed, however it was still sent to me. When I contacted Lisa Angel they apologised and offered to cover the cost of postage to send it to the recipient. Despite a few hiccups I’m really impressed with the quality of the item I received and also the speed of customer service, response to my emails was always super quick. Would buy from them again as I know if there was another issue it would be resolved quickly.
