How do I sign up to Lisa Angel Rewards?
Click on the "Join LA Rewards Here" button above to become a Lisa Angel Rewards member and start collecting points to spend on the next order. In store you will be asked at the checkout whether you would like to become a member, if so you will receive an email to activate your account, once you have done this you will be able to access your Rewards account.
How do I spend my points?
Every time you shop you will be asked whether you would like to spend your reward points on the Shopping Bag page. Alternatively they can be redeemed in store by showing the assistant the QR code in the My Account section of the website after signing in.
How do I access my rewards offers?
When you sign in to your account you will see a selection of offers available, simply click the offer you wish to redeem and the discount will be applied at the checkout. Each month you will also receive an email sharing the offers available that month including exclusive in store offers and events as well as online discounts.
How do I collect points?
For every £1 you spend you'll receive 4 points to use on any future purchases online or in store.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please get in touch with our Customer Services team via the Contact Us page if you wish to remove your account. Please note: This will result in the loss of all data on your account; including addresses, orders, offers, and birthday reminders.
