I purchased the necklace with the intention of taking the cross off and putting it onto my own necklace. I accidentally broke the necklace it came with whilst trying to get the cross off. I then realised the cross didnt actually fit my necklace and I was gutted.
I contacted customer service at Lisa Angel and she was absolutely fantastic, I was sent a few different size loops so I can fix one onto the cross and attach to my chain. Lisa Angel didn't have to do that but she did with the kindness of her heart and I am truly grateful.

Id highly recommend this company, 100%.
