We are currently looking for full time warehouse operatives to join our team in Rackheath.

These positions will be fixed term until 1st January 2020, at which point the contract will be reviewed. The role will require working 35-40 hours per week, and shifts will include some weekends. As we get closer to Christmas candidates will be expected to help cover our extended opening hours.

Main Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders to send to customers
  • Restocking shelves
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries

Skills and attributes:

  • This will be at our head office on Rackheath Industrial Estate in Norwich, so own transport is helpful
  • Picking an packing experience is not essential as full training will be given, although some experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment is preferable
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with computers is also desirable

GOODS IN ASSISTANT

(40 hours per week, permanent contract) Rackheath, Norwich

 

We are recruiting for a full time Goods In Assistant to join our busy warehouse team in Rackheath. This is a permanent full time role, most shifts will be Monday to Friday, but some weekend work may be required from time to time.

Main Responsibilities

Our warehouse deals with a large volume of orders all year round, from single boxes of jewellery, to containers of homeware. Our goods in assistants receive all of our deliveries and are responsible for ensuring that we get the products processed quickly and accurately.

Skills and attributes:

  • A good knowledge of basic IT skills are essential due to the nature of this role
  • Physical fitness is essential due to the nature of this role
  • History of dealing with stock management systems in a similar job would be helpful
  • Previous FLT would be an advantage when applying for this role

The successful candidate will be put through a training course to drive a reach truck, as much of our stock is stored in high-bay pallet storage.

Temporary contract until 3rd January 2020

Working at our Head Office in Rackheath as our Online Marketplace Administrator your main aim will be to manage and maximise the selling of our products on various online marketplaces including Etsy, notonthehighstreet, eBay & Amazon.

The hours will be Monday to Friday but will include weekends nearer to Christmas.
Part time or shorter shifts would be considered.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating high quality item listings on various marketplaces
  • Checking product listings to ensure they are correct
