Contract of sale

No contract will be formed until you have received an email stating that your order status is "Posted" and the item has left our premises. Due to the nature of our business, occasionally items that are shown on our website will not be in stock - in these cases we will email you with your options which may be limited to an immediate refund (refunds take 3-5 working days to get to your account after we have processed them).

Making a purchase

When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within one to two working days of your order being received and processed. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order and we will be happy to try and meet these requirements.

Pricing

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and in your chosen currency (default is GBP).

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given.

Packaging

We make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely. It is important that you retain any packaging if you want to make a return.

Customs and Duty

With regard to international deliveries, any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you. 

Quality

We only work with designers which produce the highest standard of jewellery and accessories. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item, but the colour, finish and shape of unique handmade items made from natural materials may differ from one item to another.

We want you to purchase from our website with confidence and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

Security

We understand that your want to shop securely and with confidence. It therefore uses an online secure payment service provider to process your card payment. This provider uses state-of-the-art internet solutions to ensure that the personal and sensitive data you provide when making a purchase from us is not compromised. The security services of this provider are among the most advanced in the country.

Alcohol

We currently only post alcohol to the UK. You must be over 18 to order alcohol and by ticking the box on the product page confirming you are over 18, you confirm that you and/or the person you are buying for are over the age of 18.

Use of our website

All use of our website must be lawful and not injurious to any third party. You must not copy the content or images contained within our web pages for commercial purposes without the written consent of Lisa Angel Limited. You must also not use our website in any way that undermines the credibility of Lisa Angel Limited.

Promotional codes / vouchers

On occasion, we offer promotional codes or vouchers for use on the lisaangel.co.uk website, stores or concessions.
Each promotional code or voucher will detail any specific terms and conditions for the offer, but all promotional codes or vouchers are subject to the below terms and conditions.
1. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
2. Unless otherwise stated in individual terms and conditions, discounts can be used more than once per customer.
3. Discount can be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
4. Discount cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
5. Postage charges are excluded from the discount. Any discount will be applied before postage charges.
6. Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.
7. This discount cannot be redeemed against items that have already been purchased.
8. All orders are subject to availability.
9. Lisa Angel reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion at any time.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and nothing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. 

Lisa Angel Rewards (Loyalty Scheme) Terms & Conditions

Lisa Angel Rewards (“LA Rewards”) is a loyalty program operated by Lisa Angel Ltd (“Lisa Angel”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account with us, and thereby joining LA Rewards, you are bound by the following terms.

General Information

To join the program you must have a valid email address and the account details you provide must be valid and correct. If your details are incorrect or change, and you do not update your account details to reflect these changes, we will not be held accountable for the loss of points, offers or rewards.

Each individual is only entitled to one account with us, and therefore can only be enrolled in LA Rewards once. Lisa Angel Ltd reserves the right to close and remove any accounts that breach this clause, along with any points, offers or rewards accrued.

LA Rewards is designed for personal use; if we consider your transactions to be for commercial purposes, Lisa Angel Ltd reserves the right to remove points, offers and rewards earned, or remove the account from the LA Rewards scheme. If you would like a commercial relationship with us please contact our wholesale department.

LA Reward points are issued by Lisa Angel Ltd. We offer points, offers and rewards for our customers to use where applicable. At all times we retain ownership of said points, offers and rewards. All points, offers and rewards are used at the discretion of Lisa Angel Ltd.

LA Reward points can be collected by any valid account holder worldwide. When earning and spending points, the number of points earned and spent will be calculated from the GBP value of a purchase. Conversion rates are in line with our internal reporting and accounting and could change at any time.

Your Reward Points can be collected and spent both in-store and online. If there is a system error, there may be occasions where your points do not correctly accrue. In this case Lisa Angel Ltd is committed to working with you, to the best of our ability, to ensure a positive outcome is reached.

In order to collect and spend your points in-store we will require you to provide your email address. If the wrong email address is provided we can not be held accountable for the loss of points, offers and rewards.

In order to collect and spend your points online, you must be logged in to your account. If you are not logged in to your account we can not be held accountable for the loss of points, offers and rewards.

Lisa Angel Reward Points have no monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash. Points, offers and rewards may not be traded, transferred, bought or sold without written permission from Lisa Angel Ltd.

Your LA Rewards account is your responsibility. Lisa Angel will not be held accountable for any loss arising from account management and account accessibility issues.

Points & Rewards

When you are an LA Rewards member, for every £1 spent at Lisa Angel you will receive 4 LA Reward points. In most situations your reward points will be added to your account immediately. Each LA Reward point will entitle you to 1p (£0.01) off an eligible future purchase.

If an order is cancelled or returned, any points accrued will be removed from your account. If your points balance goes into a negative balance, then any orders you have outstanding may be cancelled or we may contact you for additional payment.

Any customer identified as using LA Rewards in a way that was not intended may have their account cancelled and any points removed. In the event that there is a financial loss for Lisa Angel from this usage, we may request payment for this.

LA Rewards points have no expiry date. Lisa Angel Ltd reserves the right to change this policy at any time and will notify you by the email linked to your account.

Unless otherwise indicated, points are earned on all purchases except gift cards and delivery charges.

Once used, LA Reward points will be removed from your account.

Refunds

When Reward Points are redeemed as part of a purchase, they are applied to each product individually in an even split. This means that if for any reason your entire purchase, or part of your purchase is refunded, the refunded monetary amount is based on the amount paid per product minus the value of any Reward Points used per product. Your redeemed Reward Points will also be refunded per product.

Termination of Accounts

If your account becomes inactive (24 months with no login or purchase), due to our efforts to comply with GDPR regulations, your account may be closed and removed, at which point you may lose all accrued points, offers and rewards associated with your account.

Lisa Angel Ltd reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, amend or cancel LA Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, or termination of any part of the programme or its terms will be effective immediately upon publication of those changes on Lisa Angel Ltd’s website.

Your continued participation in the programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to LA Rewards. If you do not accept the terms and conditions you must cease using your LA Rewards account.

Contact & Marketing Preferences

We will use your personal information to improve your experience on our website and in-store. You can learn more about how we use your information by reading our Privacy Policy.

If you have opted-in to receive marketing from us via email, SMS or post we will communicate with you through these channels. If at any time you would like to change your marketing preferences you can do so through your account on our website.

If you have not opted-in to receive any marketing from us, you may still receive important information from us where we deem it necessary and in line with our responsibilities to you as an LA Rewards account holder. An example of these communications would be an account update, a change to the LA Rewards scheme, or an order confirmation.

General

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
