I was really impressed by the way the company immediately arranged for a replacement Peanuts, Love Cup, featuring Snoopy, to be sent to me, when I informed them mine had arrived ‘smashed’. It appeared as if the box had been drop-kicked several times by the courier; Rather than drop-shipped! But Lisa Angel’s AI chat assistant didn’t hesitate to offer me a replacement (I uploaded photos for their info). I received the new one the next day! Fabulous customer service and excellent quality. It was a very quick process from ordering to requesting a replacement and receiving.
