Amazing customer service - while I've always loved Lisa Angel products, the response to a missing parcel was incredible. A new gift was sent out right away at no cost, which is definitely not what I was expecting.

I had an issue with damage in transit for my package from Royal Mail. The company's customer service was very good. They took my pictures of the damage and what was damaged and immediately sent me replacements without question, thank you.
