The items were not delivered by Amazon as stated so I emailed customer services. I received a response straightaway and they immediately offered to resend the items which were delivered safely this time by Royal Mail and very promptly too!

I cannot praise Lisa Angel’s customer service enough. My vase arrived on time but unfortunately had a small chip on the bottom. I emailed and had a new vase sent out immediately. This was my first purchase from Lisa Angel’s but it’s definitely not my last. Customer Service were apologetic and sorted the problem immediately - thank you
