I am really pleased with my new Jellycat. She is super cute as they all are. I am very disappointed however with my first order from Lisa Angel as I did expect my Jellycat to at least have some kind of tissue wrapping or something around it to protect it but it was just chucked in the box with nothing. Other companies wrap them very nicely. So my first impression of Lisa Angel is not very good.

I had an issue with delivery where it was delivered to the wrong house and the recipient didn’t return it to me. BUT Lisa Angels customer service was second to none! The ladies were so helpful and sent a replacement to be delivered next day! I’m so grateful to them for sorting this mishap!
