Service rating :Had to order a couple of last minute gifts. Chose personalised gifts that came really quickly with an extra £2 p&p. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong personalised glass that I had chosen but it would have been too late if I were to return it and wait for my chosen one.
Product : Didn\'t actually receive the personalised glass I chose but didn\'t have enough time to do the return and wait for postage of correct item as I needed this urgently as a present. Luckily the wrongly sent item was still appropriate for the purpose I intended it for.
