These yummy raspberries have been leftover from the Pinkster gin making process and instead of wasting their potential, the clever people at Pinkster have bottled them up ready to be enjoyed!

Stephen Marsh created Pinkster gin when he could no longer drink beer or wine. He started experimenting with whatever was available to him in his fruit bowl and realised quickly that fresh raspberries were the way to go to create a deliciously fruity gin. To this day, all Pinkster gin is made with freshly grown raspberries produced only during the summer cropping season. It's an extra special treat to get your hands on!
