Bought for my daughter who loved it, however the heart inside the pendant was not in it when she opened it on Christmas Day, it was when it arrived but it is so tiny it has fallen out at some point, very annoying and a waste of time. The pendant also came off the chain the same day due to the link not being tight enough. Overall it looks pretty but I don’t envisage it lasting long.

I bought a necklace which was delivered promptly unfortunately when it arrived the personal message was missing, I contacted customer service and it was dealt with immediately and a replacement was sent, I would definitely buy from lisa angel again the jewellery is lovely and the customer service brilliant.
